BMV Property Solutions has carried out the due diligence as outlined in the individual lead details and believe all information to be true and correct. We cannot however guarantee any of the above, or the exact true market value of the property which should be confirmed by the purchaser.
BMV Property Solutions is not a licensed investment advisor nor a licensed estate agent and is not authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide investment or financial advice.
Leads and done deals are NOT guaranteed sales. We cannot be held accountable if vendors details are advertised elsewhere. (Vendors may input their property info into more than one website). We can only state that we have made arrangements with the vendor as outlined in our details, subject to a suitable purchaser being found. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to complete the purchase. We cannot be held responsible for ‘Rental Valuations’, which are offered as a guide only, and should be confirmed by the purchaser.

only if….
• The lead is dud. i.e. You cannot establish contact with the vendor.
• The vendor denies knowledge of our quoted negotiations with them.
We will NOT Replace the deal if…
You do not complete on the purchase for any reason, including (but not limited to) the vendor accepting another offer from elsewhere) or, where either party decides not to go to completion for ANY reason (which includes ‘change of mind’). Where we have provided a recent R.I.C.S. valuation, we will be deemed to have taken all necessary precaution with regard to establishing the property's Current Open Market Value and will not be responsible for any subsequent down valuation obtained.

When purchasing leads, purchasers are accepting and agreeing to these terms.
